Automatic Taco got its start as a food truck in Greenville South Carolina circa 2015. After 5 years of serving Greenville’s most creative and delicious tacos, Chef Nick Thomas and his wife Chrissy made the move to upgrade into a brick and mortar space in the new Greenville Commons in 2019.
