Giorgio Todisco was born in Bergamo Italy, and has 26 years experience in the restaurant business. His earliest influences began in the kitchen watching his mother and grandmother prepare many meals and celebrations for family and friends. He attended the “Institute Professional for Hotels” (“Scuola Alberghiera”) in San Pellegrino. He has worked in restaurants in Bergamo, Switzerland, and the Florida Keys as well as Greenville. Before returning to Greenville to open “Trattoria Giorgio”, Giorgio was chef and part owner of “La Cantina”, a restaurant in Bergamo.
